Certification Stages and Audit Process
At The Legend, we ensure a meticulous and transparent certification process for Management Systems, comprising the following stages:
- Application Submission: Organizations interested in certification submit an application to The Legend for the evaluation of their Management System. Upon receipt, The Legend informs the organization of the Certification Regulation requirements and provides a detailed cost estimate for the certification process.
- Audit Team Assignment and Evaluation: The Legend appoints a qualified team of auditors to conduct an on-site evaluation inspection of the organization’s Management System. This audit assessment is carried out in two stages (Stage 1 and Stage 2), strictly adhering to the Accreditation Regulations.
- Issuance of Certificates: After the audit is completed and all necessary corrective actions are taken in response to any findings by the audit team, The Legend issues certificates of compliance in accordance with the relevant standards. As The Legend collaborates closely with CCC Cyprus Certification Company, a member of the International Quality Network (IQNet), the IQNet certificate is issued in English and registered on the IQNet website: IQNet Certification.
- Certificate Validity and Surveillance Audits: The certificates from both CCC and IQNet are valid for three years. During this period, two annual surveillance audits are conducted to ensure ongoing compliance with the Management System standards, as specified by the Accreditation Regulations. Before the certificate expires, a re-assessment audit is conducted to facilitate the reissuance of the certificate for the subsequent three years.
